Dr. Katherine M. Napalinga, MD is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at the Springfield Psychological North Wales, PA outpatient clinic. She is a Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and the Einstein Medical Center Psychiatry Residency Training Programs in Philadelphia. She served as the Associate Medical Director of the Einstein Crisis Response Center in 2016. She earned her medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2001. She completed specialty and subspecialty training at the Albert Einstein Medical Center Psychiatry and the Drexel University/Hahnemann University Hospital Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training programs, respectively, serving as Chief Resident for both programs. Dr. Napalinga is board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and general psychiatry. Her interests include mood and anxiety disorders, autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, the interface between psychiatry and technology, as well as the accurate representation of psychiatric issues in media and literature.
