Dr. Jasmin Lagman, MD graduated from the West Visayas State University College of Medicine in the Philippines. She finished her post graduate internship and pediatrics residency training at the West Visayas State University Medical Center in 2006 before migrating to the US. While starting her family and acclimating to the US, she started working at the Wedge Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She started out as a receptionist, then became an intake specialist and subsequently, a psychiatric assistant. She completed her psychiatry residency at the Einstein Medical Center in 2016. She thereafter completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2018. She became a faculty member of the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health and an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Penn State College of Medicine. She is currently an attending psychiatrist at the child and adolescent inpatient units and is the interim Assistant Medical Director of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute in Harrisburg, PA.
